What information do you require from me to build my website and how do I get it to you ?
We have tried various methods of obtaining information from our customers. We found that the best way to handle this process is that you simply email us what you have i.e your photos,text information and contact details. We will reply to your mail accordingly and guide you until we have all the necessary information.You will receive the exact steps via email once you have placed your order with us.
I want a website from WEBSITE DESIGN STUDIO but I don’t know how many pages I require ?
Simply complete the quote request form to the right of this website and we will assist you with a custom quotation.
How does the updates work ? After my website is up and running….surely I would like you guys to add and update new information once and again.What are the procedures and costs involved ?
You can simply email your changes to design@websitedesignstudio.co.za.
Our accounts department will then provide you with a quotation.
Updates will be charged at R 150 per hour.
Updates will be completed within 7 working days.
I do have a website but it is not generating new customers. What do you recommend ?
There are literally billions of websites on the internet. Your website needs to be optimized in order to be nicely positioned on the major search engines like Google,Yahoo,etc for people to be able to find it. I require more pages . How much extra do you charge per page ?

Does the price include hosting?
No.
We have 5 hosting packages available from R80 – R 120 pm.
Each website package has a suggested hosting package but you may choose any package to suit your needs.
I see that you have a 14 working day completion guarantee. What happens if you take longer than 14 working days ?
We will refund 20% of the price should it ever happen. The reason for this guarantee is because we strive to provide nothing short of excellent service to our customers. Please note that we do require complete information from you (we will assist you with this process) as well as payment for the first invoice before the 14 days start ticking !
How long should I wait for updates to be completed ?
Updates to existing sites will be completed within 7 working days !

i have a domain name registered with someone else. what happens in this case. i registered it last month – do i still need to pay for the registration or can you simply transfer the domain name onto your servers for hosting and i will thereafter pay the annual renwal fee when it is due.

What we mean by basic websites is that we don’t offer e-commerce,directories,listings and complex websites such as property listing sites or sites such as Facebook.
We do however offer much more than basic websites including feedback forms,blogs,downloads,maps,etc.
The best way to see if we can accommodate you is to view the websites that was designed by us in our portfolio.

We only do updates to websites that we have designed.
We can however redesign your existing website and can then take care of your updates.
Note that most of our packages includes free monthly updates!

Our packages are priced between R 150 – R 550 per month.If you are looking to attract new customers via your website fairly quickly then I would recommend you subscribe to our Option 3 Package priced at R 550 per month.Please note that with this package you need to pay Google another monthly fee for your ads to appear on their network.You can start with a budget of R600 per month.(This fee is seperate from our subscription at R 550 pm) We will then setup and manage your Google Ads on your behalf.Please note that you would need a credit card to pay Google.
If you don’t want to spend a further R 600 on Google Adwords ,then I recommend that you subscribe to our Option 2 Package at R 350 per month.

After I have ordered a website from you…is it my website to do with as I please ? I mean may I use another service providers such as MWEB and move my website away from you should I want to do that one day ?

The short answer is yes.
Your website will be yours to do with as you please.However,we will not do any updates to your website if you move it away from us.
You are allowed to move your website away from us when you have made use of our services for a period of 6 – 12 months depending on the package that you have ordered with us.
Up to date none of our customers has requested for their websites to be hosted elsewhere…
